The "Regional Start-up Platform" MoU defines the cooperation among start-up organizations in the partner countries. Regional automotive and ICT companies signed the third MoU in order to join the practical testing initiatives of autonomous vehicles, and be involved in coordinated developments, standardization and knowledge sharing.
